Just before my school trip to Italy, a friend had told me to pay attention to the air; every place has a different scent, a different feeling - the air is different. The sky, the colors, it was all very different in Italy as compared to Boston, USA. In Venice, the air often held the faint after-scent of vanilla cigarettes, and the dampness was light, not heavy or humid.
And the sky, the lights, gave me a feeling of 'yellow,' and so I tried to relay this feeling through my photographic edits.
These images were taken with my seven-year-old Olympus E-410 SLR which shoots amazing photos - and, it has no video feature. I have two of them (my mom tried one out and it wasn't her thing) and, despite the lack of a video feature, I'm keeping one and selling the other for an upgrade!
