If you enjoy looking at an expanse of sky and sea with beautiful pastels and clouds, then do I have news for you! I've recently added a new, 2012 photography set featuring an amazing sunset on lake Ponkapoag, part of my New England Travels series.
I love playing with reflections, light and water. It's interesting to see what the water and light will do - elements are totally out of your control. This is also another reason I prefer to work in natural light, or simply outside, rather than in a studio - some unplanned things make the work even better.
I captured these in about a ten-minute span just after a storm passed and we were preparing to film. I would love to get out more and photograph nature; I think my favorite things to capture are the ephemeral, the sky and the earth.
