The I Am Monroe? IndieGogo Campaign, for which I cut the IndieGogo video, yielded the project a nice $1,475 before it closed at midnight!
Though the film didn't reach the $8,500 campaign goal, the project still managed to make a decent amount that will go towards the film's costumes, set design, camera, post-production, and more - we'll squeeze it, that's what indie filmmaking is all about!
And it's all thanks to the backers who are now part of this film! The film's Facebook fan page gave a shout out 'thank you' to all the supporters who helped fund the project, with its 'flexible funding plan' that allows a project to keep the money its earned, even if the goal isn't met.
