I hadn't been to Medfield Day in some years, so this year I finally ventured out to the annual town fair, celebrating over 350 years since its founding. It was a beautiful day, so I took some of photos! Natural light is always my friend, haha.
Of course, my photos highlight the groups with which I work, such as Hometown Publications, Medfield Public Library and Friends, and Medfield TV! Plus, a hint of the Lion's Club, a group of guys who kept telling me to join because of the food. Well, they certainly enticed me.
You can also see two of my former Medfield Afterschool Program (MAP) teachers, Annette and Stephanie, pictured at top - and they look the same as they did over 20 years ago. Isn't that crazy to say? Looking at them brings back memories...
I also created a very cool video of the 3D printer at work, as the library had it plugged in and setup to render a Buddha figurine throughout the afternoon!
As you can see, our Library Director Kristen Chin had on some very awesome earrings that I first thought were made of metal - but no! Matt, our amazing paralibrarian, created some earrings with the library's 3D printer, painted them, and gave them to Kris to wear!
